Terms of Service

Know your rights shopping online or in-store with us by going to the ACCC’s website. Wood Dust Australia and the Wood Play Studio are wholly owned entities of Australian company Craft Media Australia Pty Ltd (CMA) ABN 85 622 316 214 will at a minimum always conform to all applicable Australian laws. However, we will strive to provide you with service that exceeds your expectations and are left satisfied with your experience.

Refunds for Wood Play Workshops

If participants cannot attend a Wood Play workshop, they may receive a full refund if requested no less than 14 days before the workshop start date. 


Less than 14 days from the course start date, 50% will be refunded or the course may be rescheduled.


Less than 7 days no refund offered, or the course may be rescheduled.

Wood Play Workshop Cancellations

If a course needs to be cancelled due to insufficient enrolments, we will notify you and issue you with a full refund or arrange a transfer to an alternative workshop.

Payments

The CMA, Wood Dust website processes all credit payments using the Stripe or PayPal gateway processing systems. This means that your account is debited at the time of placing the order for the full order value as seen in the checkout.

If a refund needs to be performed by CMA, Wood Dust for an online order, this will either be processed directly through Stripe or PayPal’s online portal or we will perform a direct deposit to your nominated bank account. At no time does CMA, Wood Dust receive the full credit card details for your online purchases.

Pricing

All online prices are correct at the time of purchasing. 

If you bought a workshop ticket that is now on sale at a cheaper price, CMA , Wood Dust will issue you a voucher for the difference in price if the original purchase was within 48 hours of the sale price being advertised. It is the customers responsibility to contact CMA, Wood Dust to claim the voucher.

Government Taxes

All prices on this website include the 10% Australian Goods and Services tax.

Zero Tolerance of Aggression and Threats

CMA, Wood Dust work to provide and safe and respectful place of work for our collaborators and studio for our customers. 

Any behaviour verbal or physical, which causes staff or customers to feel uncomfortable, embarrassed or threatened, is totally unacceptable.

The Zero Tolerance policy includes aggression or threats made in person, over the telephone, online or in written communication.
