About the Spice Cabinet

I like to cook, yet I was tired of looking through kitchen cabinets trying to find the right spice for the meal at hand. Particularly when I need it now! Why can’t I have all my spices right there in front of me where I need them?

Welcome the benchtop Spice Cabinet. This is a stylish and functional piece of kitchen bench furniture. Lift the lid and there’s all your spices clearly labelled waiting patiently. Slide open the doors and there’s your mortar and pestle waiting to get busy. And there’s your slimline scales tucked up underneath always ready to go. Accommodating up to thirty-two spice jars in the top compartment with more room below, this Spice Cabinet is your ultimate kitchen accessory.

This Spice Cabinet is a beautiful object packed full of woodworking technique. The case is made from solid Blackwood or Oak (as pictured). The doors and back panel are made from veneered ply. The door furniture is made from Ebony. Tenon and dado joints hold the case together. The doors slide on handmade wooden runners. The cabinet is hand sanded and finished with a hard wax oil. My Spice Cabinet features a decorative mosaic, this panel may be customised to suit your taste. Overall finished dimensions are 240 x 450 x 350mm tall. Spice bottles are purchased separately.
